Salix irrorata and its beautiful buds You should plant Salix irrorata close enough to your house that you can admire its beauty in the autumn months.

The bloom on the branchlets of this North American shrub willow give it it's powdery purple blue appearance, which contrast with the gold and red of its buds.

Growth can be up to 6 meters / 20 foot if left uncoppiced.
